  Longhorns are pretty consistently solid, but I've eaten at this particular one a few times lately and what sets it above the rest is the service at this location. Rachel, in particular, seems intent on making sure her customers are 100% satisfied with their meal! Kudos

  I give our server Kayla B. 5 stars!!! But as for the food, they are lucky they get a 3 from this food critic. After my 20 oz. Porterhouse came out cooked wrong both times, the only offer we got to fix the problem was a free dessert. My sides where cold within 5 mins of them being put on the table due to the fact of the restaurant keeping the temperature about a cool 60° from the time you hit the door. Both my husband and I ordered the same steak cooked the same way and yet they both came out tasting totally different (like with a different seasoning). When we questioned the manager about it, she basically argued the fact that that was impossible due to the fact of the only 2 seasonings they used were on opposite ends of each other on the grill. I was always taught that the customer was always right. Guess that doesn't hold true in this restaurant. Good luck enjoying it here.
